A 74ª edição do Emmy Awards, maior premiação da TV mundial, está chegando e o TNT prepara mais uma transmissão ao vivo. Na segunda-feira, 12 de setembro, a programação começa a partir das 20h30 com o pré-show, Esquenta TNT, para apresentar todos os detalhes da premiação. E, claro, com as entrevistas e imagens das estrelas no tapete vermelho, direto de Los Angeles, com apresentação de Carol Ribeiro.
A partir das 21h, a cerimônia começa com comentários da dupla Aline Diniz e Michel Arouca. A tradução simultânea fica por conta de Robert Greathouse e Regina Pierantoni McCarthy. Além disso, a TNT está preparando mais uma cobertura digital nas redes sociais do canal.
E para quem perder a transmissão da premiação no dia 12, a TNT garante a reapresentação na terça-feira, dia 13 de setembro, e a TNT Séries na quarta-feira, 14 de setembro.
Esse ano, as produções da HBO e HBO Max lideram com 140 indicações. Os destaques são as séries Succession, com 25, liderando a disputa. The White Lotus é a segunda série com mais indicações, são 20 no total, entre elas oito nomeações nas categorias de atuação e roteiro.
A comédia Hacks foi lembrada em 17 categorias, entre elas a de Melhor Atriz em Série de Comédia pelo segundo ano consecutivo para Jean Smart, que já levou em 2021. O mesmo pode acontecer com Zendaya, de Euphoria. A série concorre em 16 categorias e pode dar o bicampeonato de Melhor Atriz em Série de Drama para a estrela de apenas 25 anos.
A cerimônia do Emmy terá apresentação do ator e comediante Kenan Thompson e acontece no Microsoft Theater em Los Angeles.
